Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, amazing food, exceptional views. Excellent location, the staff was willing to help. We got room with traditional decor and an immaculately clean bathroom to relax. The breakfast was savoury and the Irish bar was a plus.

The breakfast was large and savoury, very good value for money, appreciated it. Everything was fabulous and lots to do. The staff was outstandingly accommodating when needed. The service here was first-rate! The location was great, relatively near a grand showpiece square. This hotel was located in a wonderful area. They recommended a magnificent restaurant for dinner.

The location was INCREDIBLE and stunning, very close to Venice for the Art Biennale – which meant a pleasant walk to-and-from the Giardini and Arsenale –, Rialto Bridge & St Mark's Square and all the main sights. The breakfast was gluten free with every taste, prunes and cakes, we enjoyed everything.

The staff was very caring, so I would stay there again. Every detail of this well-maintained property was very good. The location was excellent and perfect for traveling around Venice, near St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge as well as the major sights. I was surprised at nearby Caffe Molinari, they had some goodies, drinks. Having different complimentary drinks in the Irish bar was a very nice touch. Amazing central location next to the rialto Bridge and the water taxi point, areas of interest and attractions easy to reach by water taxi. Castello district was worth staying in. When we checked in, quadruple room with a view down to calle de paradiso was ready.
There was something as elevator missing, we were a little disappointed.
